These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the DreamSHARE website and platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms. This is placeholder language for demonstration and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the DreamSHARE website, requesting a NAP or Full DreamShare engagement, or logging into the Dreamer Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our privacy practices. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. The services

DreamSHARE provides a guided relationship-mapping experience and an optional platform where engagement deliverables — including your Stitched Map and AI-driven suggestions — are made available. Services are offered as a one-time mapping engagement (NAP) or as Full DreamShare with ongoing platform access.

3. Accounts & access codes

• Access to the Dreamer Portal requires an access code issued by the DreamSHARE team.
• An account owner may authorize additional team members to access their portal, subject to seat limits.
• You are responsible for keeping your access code confidential and for activity under your account.

4. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the ideas, goals, and information you share. The Dreamer owns the vision; DreamSHARE facilitates its discovery. The methodology, rules engine, and platform remain the property of DreamSHARE.

5. Confidentiality & NDAs

Certain stitches and deliverables become available only after required documentation, such as a Non-Disclosure Agreement, has been signed. Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during an engagement and to use it solely for that engagement.

6. AI-driven suggestions

Suggestions, trends, and patterns surfaced in the platform are generated with the assistance of AI and informed by aggregated, de-identified patterns across engagements. They are provided for guidance only and carry confidence scores. You are responsible for your own decisions and should not treat suggestions as professional, legal, or financial advice.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse member networking features. Contact between members requires a connection request and approval; either party may end a dialogue at any time.
• Do not attempt to access stitches, accounts, or data that are not yours.
• Do not reverse engineer or replicate the DreamSHARE methodology or platform.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamSHARE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services or reliance on any suggestion.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or portal. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
